Our Story

Emma Diaz is an experienced colour consultant and product designer, working with environmentally friendly paint options and her own collection of environmentally conscious furniture. Made from timber grown in Britain, designed at home in her Cotswolds cottage and hand crafted locally in Wiltshire.

Taking inspiration from nature, Emma has made it her job to study colour palettes to bring you one to one consultancy advice and to design products that will work beautifully in homes or commercial spaces, no matter the age or style of a property.

After a decade working in the film and animation industry, Emma stepped away to become a mother, whilst also extending and renovating her own cottage in the Cotswolds. This time at home living within a building site made Emma appreciate the importance of her own surroundings, and she became intrigued with colour psychology. She discovered that our environment and colour within it, can impact our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and therefore our general wellbeing. Emma slowly began to improve her own relationship with colour by introducing more conscious colour choices into the four hundred year old cottage her and her family still live within. It has always been incredibly important for Emma to maintain a sympathetic connection to the age of any property when using colour, and today she is known for her considered yet playful style, whether working in a historic home or new build. Emma now loves using her critical and creative eye along with her love of colours within nature to enable others to find the perfect colour palettes, whether it’s on the walls or through her hand crafted furniture, for their homes and workspaces.

Her handcrafted, colourful furniture was born out of her love of nature and the environment. Creating eco conscious options that support our British woodlands and makers here in England, Emma has created a beautifully considered collection which is fully customisable, so you can choose colours that feel right to you and your home.
